Many Frequently Asked Questions are covered in our FAQ section. Additionally, the Online Knowledge based linked to the online Support System is also growing.
This is an easy method to contact a representative who will try and help you with your problem as soon as possible. This is also stored online for future reference. You can also access the support system from within your Member Area where it will also log your previous submissions. We recommend all existing customers use their Member Area.
Users are welcome to participate on our Bulletin Board System and use their experience to help other users.
A built in knowledge base linked to the STS exists. This is work in progress and we are constantly adding to make this a useful resource for customers. If anyone wishes to contribute content which they feel may aid other users, please contact Matthew in support.
