Uploading webpages to your account is done via "FTP". You will need an FTP client to upload pages to your account. There are many clients to chose from, possible ones being CuteFTP or smartFTP.
Address: ftp.yourdomain.com or server.burtonhosting.com, e.g. phoenix.burtonhosting.com
Login Name: Name we supplied to you when you signed up, e.g. jsmith88 (this is case sensitive)
Password: The password we supplied when you signed up or the password you changed to.
Once you are logged in to FTP, you will see a list of directories. All your files have to be uploaded to the public_html directory so that they are visable from the web. You can create any new directories within the public_html directory so that they are accessible via http://www.yourdomain.com/newdirectory/ etc. If you wish to have http://directory.yourdomain.com then you need to create a sub domain via your control panel. A directory will then appear within your public_html directory where you can upload files to be visible on the sub domain created..
All FTP clients have different views. The tutorial here is based on the use of smartFTP.com which we recommend as a free and easy to use client.
